Can supporters create their own fundraising teams?
Yes. Teams can be free-form (supporters create and join on their own) or org-defined, and you can rename both participants and teams, “Runners,” “Homerooms,” “Chapters,” to match your event.
Does BetterUnite show team and individual leaderboards?
Yes. Campaign pages support individual, team, and chapter leaderboards via drag-in Fundraiser and Fundraiser Teams display components, updating live as gifts and activities come in, with earned badges displayed alongside.
Do activity miles roll up to the team level?
Yes. Individual activity (manual or Strava-synced) automatically aggregates to team pages and up to the main event dashboard, so team progress bars and rankings reflect every member's effort in real time.
Can we run multi-tier competitions, like classrooms within schools?
Yes. Multi-tier structures (individual, team, chapter) each get their own rankings and roll-ups, and team/individual tags with membership indicators keep the admin view organized for large events.
How do admins manage hundreds of fundraisers and teams?
A dedicated P2P admin section groups pages by team with filters by fundraiser, team, and amount raised, plus bulk create (CSV import), invite, email, hide, and delete actions.
