We are excited to announce that we have released a completely revamped Membership Management module to include vastly expanded membership and benefits options, straightforward invoicing and analytics, customizable admin and member notifications and a member portal. Yes, you read that right. A member portal. Take a look below for details.

MEMBERSHIP 2.0

The new membership center provides all existing functionality and adds many new features to help you better manage and grow your membership base.

A Completely New User Experience

The navigation, user experience, data filters, and layout and segmentation of information have been re-imagined, emphasizing providing you with the most pertinent and essential information first so you can take action appropriately and efficiently. In addition, the UI aims to provide you with the information you need to identify any exceptions and know what's coming up in your membership timeline.

New Member-centric View

You can now quickly look at the information on each member with a dedicated page for the member, showing demographic, subscription, payment, benefit and messaging information - all in one place.

New Subscription View

You can now easily look at the information on each subscription that has all of the details around the member, plans, payment history, and upcoming payment information on a per-subscription basis. This empowers you to understand what's happening with a particular subscription and can inform actions that you may need to take.

New Payments View

You can now easily review past and future payments, as well as easily identify failed payments in order to take any necessary actions.

A re-imagined Subscriptions View

You can now easily review subscriptions and identify current, past-due, expiring, and cancelled subscriptions.

The Member Portal

Members can access their own subscription information, update their contact information (you can enable this optionally), view their payment history, upcoming payments, edit or update their payment method, view membership benefits as well as any personalized messages you may provide for them.

Ability to communicate with your members

You can now add messages specific to a particular member.

Ability to Show Benefit Information to Your Members

Members can view all benefit information you choose to share with them.

Even More Analytics

You now have a membership dashboard that provides even more snapshots to indicate any exceptions and status information.

More Options and Notifications

You now have more control over notifications sent to your members, as well as handling exceptions like payment re-tries and subscription actions.
