Guest Speaker: Paré Underwood

Paré is a Licensed Professional Counselor and local private practice owner, specializing in Narcissistic Abuse and Communication. For over a decade, she has served Rockwall families, couples, and individuals to guide them toward finding relief in order to live their best lives. Paré is also a Trained Family Mediator, Parent Coordinator and former Facilitator of Children in the Middle for the state of Texas. Prior to working in private practice, Paré was a project director at Anthem Strong Families a non-profit organization serving families in the Dallas area providing relationship education through interactive workshops and events. She has had extensive experience navigating a diverse variety of personal relationship dynamics as well as helping even the most strained relationships establish boundaries and find resolutions. She is passionate about working together with her clients to equip them with the tools they need to build healthy relationships, with the ultimate hope of future generations being brought up with these lifelong communication skills. Additionally, Paré is the founder and practice coach for the Community Counselors of Rockwall & Heath, a local directory and network of licensed professionals in the mental health field designed to help individuals easily find the perfect therapist for their unique needs.
