We look forward to celebrating with you, your family, and guests Under the Texas Stars on the evening of September 16, 2023 at the Hilton Austin, 500 E. 4th Street, Austin, Texas 78701.

A dazzling black tie evening, our beloved Jewel Ball event will entertain over 1,000 guests, including a presentation of our college-aged Royal Court, our Junior Royalty, live and silent auctions, live music, casino, and games.

Anticipated event schedule:

• 5:30 p.m. - VIP Registration and Reception   
• 6:30 p.m. - General Registration, Cocktails, and Silent Auction
• 7:30 p.m. - Presentation  
• 8:30 p.m. - Seated Dinner and Live Auction
• Late night - Dancing to Spazmatics, Casino, Games, and Family Photo Opportunities on stage

Please note that our sponsorship levels support the ability to commit your intent to participate through the Make a Pledge feature in our check out system.  WSL supporters use this feature to:

• Delay payment to a later date and/or provide payment in installments
• Share a sponsorship cost with other parties (note on your record so we may assist)
