Temple Sinai

Announcing Temple Sinai’s first full and in-person Break the Fast gathering since 2019! Let's join in community as cooks, bakers and helpers to plate food, set up tables, and do necessary clean up. Oh, and eat together!

We're still looking for volunteers to help bring this event together. Not a food person? Try your hand at simple table decorations, or come help us set up! (Note: If any of the food opportunities looks appealing but too pricey, just let us know and we'll help.) Let's join in community to make this event special!

If you're contributing food items, please plan to deliver them between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the morning of Yom Kippur.

Early setup will take place between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.

Note: Make sure you click the green "SIGN UP" button once you've chosen your job. If you don't receive an e-mail confirmation after you sign up to volunteer, please reach out.

Prefer not to sign up online? No problem! Text Lisa Braver Moss (510) 693-6677 or Maggie Lazar (510) 507-4540, or email lisabravermoss@oaklandsinai.org.

Runner
