Swinging for Seniors at the Hole Enchilada
Come join a combo Golf and Cornhole tournament open to all ages. If Golf is your game, we have great prizes and fun planned. If cornhole is it, join us for a fun afternoon. The tournament is at Forest Creek Golf Club and helps Senior Access allow more seniors to stay independent in their homes longer by haveing access to transportation and support services. Help us pay for the RISING cost of Fuel and fill up our vans.
One Golfer Early Entry before September 2, 2022
Cornhole team is at least two players, but can have more. Early registration is $40/Player. After September 2, 2022 price rises to $50 per player.
Four Golfers, early Registration, Save $60 dollars. If paid before September 2, 2022
