About our 2020 Virtual Gala
While our day-to-day and social situations have changed, the needs of our homebound neighbors remain the same. This year, Meals on Wheels San Diego is taking its 2020 gala online with a party-infused virtual fundraiser with special guest speakers and performing artists.
- Elizabeth Podsiadlo; Chef, Recording Artist, TV personality, Singer-Songwriter, and ghost story Mystery Writer. Ever see a singing Chef? Combining food and great music. This is one cooking demonstration you will never forget!
- Dela: Musician, Tenor & Baritone Saxophonist, Producer, Songwriter, Teacher, Father, Surfer, Chef, from Slightly Stoopid Band...
With so many older adults in our community now confined to their homes, the demand for our service is skyrocketing. We remain committed to delivering meals throughout this pandemic and beyond - but we need your help, so let's have a fun night "together". Dress up for the occasion and zoom your "table" or watch in your jammies - but whatever you do, don't forget to join us while we Cheers to 60 Years!
