Even though we won't be able to gather together in fellowship this year, please give generously to support the critical work of CHUM.

Thank you for your registration and participation in the 2020 CHUM Virtual Fundraiser & Silent Auction benefiting CHUM.  In a normal year, we would be inviting you to attend CHUM's annual fundraising dinner and silent auction in October, but this isn't a normal year! We can't count on being able to gather together this year, so we are planning something we hope will be just as fun and successful.

30 families, 59 children, and 1135 adult neighbors in Duluth lack shelter and struggle more now than ever with food insecurity, mental illness, addiction, violence, and the anxiety of an uncertain future. Homelessness has risen in our community since 2019 by 18%.

Due to a lack of housing in our area, 150-200 Duluthians live in tents, in the woods, under bridges, or in other places not meant for human shelter. Deb Holman, the lead worker with the CHUM Street Outreach Program, and her team meet our homeless brothers and sisters where they are at to offer comfort and basic necessities; care and compassion, and resources to provide healthcare, nutrition, mental health treatment; and eventually stable housing.

Even though we won't be able to gather together in fellowship this year, please give generously to support our work.

Join us this month as we raise funds to help support the clients, guests, and residents of CHUM and the programs that CHUM provides to our neighbors in need.

Thank you!
