We have the solution to that exact dilemma. Don't worry about how your money could be spent or how to approach someone in need. Don't think twice about if it's worth it. We can assure you IT IS! How do we do this? Through our Donation Days. 

What is a Live Donation Day?!

• We fundraise for 30 days to meet our financial goal of at least $600. 
• We go out to the streets of Minneapolis and chat with those experiencing homelessness. We listen to their stories, take videos and/or pictures if they'd like to share their story publicly (No form of media is taken if the persons prefers to remain anonymous. We do use release forms for those who would like to be filmed or photographed).
•  We ask them what their greatest needs are that we could go and purchase for them today. We focus on individual needs and preferences to assure that our donors' money is used effectively and with confidence. The most common items needed are: toiletries, undergarments, clothing, food, and shoes.
• We then send 1-2 team members to run to Target, WalMart, or any other nearby store to purchase the items and bring them back to the individual.
