This 3 hour workshop provides thought provoking discussion and equipment introduction designed to enhance personal resiliency and emergency preparedness.
We will together identify and learn what is needed to effectively survive and thrive in the face of crises and challenges. Bring a notebook and a willingness to participate in in group exercises.
