When we center the experiences of women of color, we are more likely to create communities and workplaces that benefit women and men, people of color and white people. 

The Women of Color Symposium will focus on developing skills, learning strategies, and most importantly building connections that will advance women of color in our region.

The Symposium is an event organized by women of color for women or color with the goal of creating a space of connection and belonging.

Get ready for a full day of connection and celebration. The Symposium will be featuring:

  • Amazing keynote speakers
  • A Business Panel highlighting the experiences of women of color as business owners
  • A Women on Boards Panel presenting you women of color leading our community and their vision for the region
  • Interactive workshops led by women of color
  • A wine lounge curated by a woman of color, featuring BIPOC owned wines and wineries
  • Women of color vendors throughout the event (breakfast, lunch, photography, etc)
  • Networking hour for connection and relaxation
  • Professional headshot opportunity throughout the day

The Women of Color Symposium is a proud partner of At Her Table! At Her Table is a 10 Day Countywide Food Festival that celebrates Women's History Month & International Women's Day. 🤎 A. Jazmine Ladouceur is a wine professional based in Los Angeles and specializes in BIPOC vintners & wine brands. She is the Founder of Noire Wine Lounge, a contemporary wine experience dedicated to celebrating the community of artists, vintners, wineries and wine brands of color.
