Why Green? Great question! The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health awareness. Wearing green, or donning a green ribbon, shows colleagues, loved ones, and fellow employees that you care about their mental health. It can also be worn in memory of a loved one.

Compeer is a local nonprofit organization with a focus on promoting mental wellness through supportive relationships. Our volunteers bring the power of human connection to others for better mental wellness by sharing interests and social activities in order to reduce isolation and loneliness for their Compeer friend.
