While the work of inclusion feels rewarding, there are also real world outcomes that are affected by the change that organizations for diversity (like Building Bridges) are doing that often go unrecognized. Building Bridges is creating the opportunity to prove that the measures we take to transform attitudes in the community actually work, and that the trainings and workshops we provide creates effective platforms toward change and inclusion.  Your contribution will fund RCT research that measures these attitude changes after involvement with Building Bridges workshops. Research like this helps us learn about the work we do, and makes it more compelling for others to get behind Building Bridges' mission and to get involved in efforts toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership.
