Welcome to the 3rd annual Backpacks for Breakthrough! This year, we aim to provide middle school students with clear packs. With recent changes in school policies, clear backpacks are now required for student safety. Unfortunately, this poses an unexpected financial burden for many families.
That's where Loula comes in! This summer, she's dedicated to fundraising for Breakthrough Students, ensuring that 300 (or more!) middle school students have the necessary clear backpack before returning to school. Donating is easy, and your generosity will directly impact Breakthrough students. If we exceed our initial goal, the additional contributions will go towards school supply packs filled with essential back-to-school items and other school supports.
Breakthrough Central Texas is on a mission to pave the way to college for students who will be the first in their families to earn a degree or postsecondary accreditation. We work closely with students beginning as early as 6th grade, providing personalized advising and engaging out-of-school learning opportunities.
