Welcome Amazing Belle & Sparrows Supporters!
We are so excited about this years (un)Gala, CHANGE MATTERS! We know God is going to show up and move in big ways! This event is always an important opportunity to share the Belle & Sparrows mission with our neighbors, friends, family and even co-workers but this year our focus is on The Stella Projects. The Stella Projects is Belle & Sparrows entrepreneurial minded program that supports and empowers women through social enterprise.
Even with a vision in mind and God by our side, we still need LOTS of help to make this event a success!

2:00-5:30
Many hands make for light work!
Without a strong set up crew there is no (un)Gala! We have a beautiful venue and a lot will be furnished for us but we still want to add our own touches.
Can you make it for an hour? We need you! Can you make it for two hours? We need you! Can you make it for the whole set up time? We definitely need you!
**Any amount of time to help is SO VALUABLE to us and MUCH appreciated! Please indicate your available time at sign up**
6:00-10:00
Like Teamwork? Want to roll your sleeves up?
We will be serving our guests a delicious buffet meal! We need help with bussing tables, serving water and cleaning (AKA Dishes). Its not the most glamorous but it is crucial! We thank you in advance!
Love good Aesthetics? Ever been unable to fight the forces of a good retail display?
We need you! We have some great merchandise that needs a retail lovers touch and an eye for the visual! You don't need a degree in visual merchandising to lend a hand in this volunteer spot... Just a desire to get your hands on some cool stuff!!
And the winner is... you!
When you help with Silent Auction Set Up you get a first hand glance at the items up for bid. You will be placing items in an inviting way that will allow guest to flow through the tables effortlessly and pick their favorite items to win!
3:00-5:30
Have a flair for the creative and all things pretty?
This volunteer spot will give you the opportunity to execute the Belle and Sparrows vision for the table center pieces and dining area decor. Bring your eye for detail and your love for a good table scape!
5:15-End of Event
You are the First Impression, our “(un)Gala ambassadors”!
You will greet the guests as they arrive. We will have signs to help you direct the guests to the registration table and then on to the Silent Auction area. As you float at the entrance, you will be available to answer any questions they may have or point them to the right person. This is the place for you if you can smile, have a friendly hello and love hospitality!
Want to meet all of our guests and work with a MacBook Pro?
This is the perfect volunteer spot for you! This requires a smile, a friendly hello and a fairly comfortable level of MacBook Lap Top usage. It won’t be scary and you will have an opportunity to learn the process BEFORE THE EVENT with a refresher when you arrive at 5:15
This a fun and social place to be! Who doesn’t love shopping for a good cause!
The Merchandise Shop is where we sell our Belle and Sparrows Merch but also the goods that have been made by the women we serve. Prices will be clearly marked and the Merchandise Shop will be open through-out the entire event. No prior retail experience needed here, just a smile and a helpful hand! 😉
