The End Youth Violence Community Workshops fosters a healthier quality of life in neighborhoods of color through strategies designed and facilitated by members of the community.

The End Youth Violence Community Workshops strengthens the opportunity to enhance the social infrastructure in the community and foster improved resident health, safety, and lifestyle.

The Workshop promotes the enhancement of community effort to plan for the prevention of youth violence, particularly among minority males.

To demonstrate Sustainable Infrastructure, A True Change provides a holistic framework to evaluate project benefits and outcomes.

Education: Learn to establish a supportive context for planning and action; prioritize and understand several essential group aspects, including leadership, structure, diversity, and organization.

Civic Engagement: Leaders work collaboratively with constituents to advance the group's mission and fulfill its vision. Working with constituents to fulfill the group's mission by demonstrating participation in a safe neighborhood transforms the community into a better place
