We invite you to join your fellow Appleton Rotarians and bring your family, friends and co-workers to our annual Community Table fundraising event. This year, we are excited to get back to our roots and celebrate our community by featuring locally sourced foods - not only what we think of as Wisconsin, but the many regions and countries our community members calls home.
This year, proceeds will support First Five Fox Valley, the Rotary International Foundation, and Polio Plus.
The event will feature a boat tour on the Fox River (with chances to see the eagles!), live music by local artist Erin Krebs, a full cash bar, and locally sourced food stations by River Tyme Bistro (and our community members!).
We would love to have you join us! Since we will be celebrating our roots, we encourage you to dress in attire that is representative of where you call home! If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to support First Five Fox Valley, The Rotary International Foundation, and the Polio Plus Foundation. The event will be hosted at Rivery Tyme Bistro and Trolley Rides will take attendees to and from the Boat tours. Food stations and the bar will be open at 4pm. Please arrive at River Tyme 30 minutes before your scheduled boat tour to allow time for travel and loading. The boat tour will only be cancelled by the Captain, in the event of inclement weather, in which case attendees who purchased a ticket to include the boat tour will recieve a $10 certificate towards another ride.
Event Timeline
4:00pm - Food station and Bar open for service at Rivery Tyme Bistro
5:30pm - Short program, highlighting our donation recipiets
5:40pm - Boat tour group prepares to load on the Trolley
5:45pm - Boat tour group leaves on the Trolley to River Heath
6:00pm - Boat tour sails away (bring bug spray!)
6:45pm - Boat tour docks back at River Health
7:00ish - Boat tour group arrives back at River Tyme Bistro
8:00pm - Event ends
