Our Mission here at RCL is to offer adults with developmental and/or physical disabiities opprtunities to achieve greater self-esteem, dignity, and participation in all aspects of community life through affordable, independent housing options; individualized skill instruction; and necessary support services.

RCL's goals are:

• To expand independent housing opportunities for adults with disabilities by organizing community partnerships and raising additional funds
• To continue the work of the Financial Independence Center, which features vocational training, small business development, and personal financial counseling

Our Challenge:

Despite recessions and government cutbacks, our supporters have kept our organization strong. Currently, our fundraising efforts provide just enough resources for our clients. However, the number of adults with disabilities continues to grow and we want to be fully prepared to meet this growing need.
