Through the unique, "each-one-teach-one" platform we utilize, founded by Music Changing Lives, we will focus our attention, voice, and vision to create solutions. The ultimate goal is to create real change and impact, driven by youth, across the Inland Empire, then expand throughout Southern and Northern California with partnerships with The California Endowment and others

• We provide staff the proper training to understand the key concepts and different dimensions of racism/structural racism to teach youth the root cause of health and racial inequities.
• We want to increase the capacity of young people to use their voices to build narrative power through music, spoken word, video, and other artistic expressions. A minimum of 100 young people will be able to attend the conference and receive the tools and knowledge we provide.
• We want to strengthen partnerships and the network of BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving organizations to build a narrative power.
