Embrace the times in picnic style! Guests will be seated in pods for your protection. There are two seating options: tables and picnic blankets. If you choose to enjoy this event in true picnic style, you'll receive a blanket made by the Open Arms Studio to use during the event and to take home with you as a keepsake.

NOTE: If there is inclement weather, or the event is unsafe to hold because of COVID, we will switch the event to an entirely virtual experience. We are not able to offer ticket refunds.

COVID Precautions

We are taking COVID very seriously and have put the following precautions in place to protect the health of our guests and staff. 

 -- The fundraiser will be held entirely outside, picnic-style
 -- Tickets will be purchased in pods (groups of 2, 4 or 8) to facilitate social distancing
 -- Masks are encouraged when you get up from your chair or blanket
 -- Seating will be spaced 6+ feet apart from other pods
 -- Food will be delivered to tables/blankets and individually portioned

We will also be monitoring all guidance provided by Austin Public Health and the CDC.
