Bringing HEALTH, EDUCATION and SPIRIT to the people of Honduras so they can break the cycle of poverty and alter the destiny of their country.

WHO WE ARE

Honduras Good Works is a 501(c)3 charitable organization actively supporting villagers in the rural region of El Paraiso, Honduras. We do this through our annual medical brigade, ongoing hygiene education and water filter program, and scholarship program for secondary education. Our purpose is to foster the HEALTH of Hondurans who have no access to medical care and clean water, to support EDUCATION for underserved Honduran youth, and to nurture the SPIRIT of Hondurans that we serve.

Our programs work towards providing a better quality of life for each Honduran we serve and the ability to become independent. Thanks to the support of our donors, the medical teams are seeing an improvement in the health of villagers, the water filter program is helping to provide clean water and improve health in communities, students are graduating from high school and getting jobs that will help lift them and their families out of poverty, and our university students are getting much-needed assistance.
