Home has a private heated infinity pool, gulf views, and direct access to a private beach just a few steps from the home. Waterfront beach chairs and umbrellas are set up each day for all rentals. Over 3,500 sq ft of interior space plus 1,000 sq ft of porches and balconies. Walking distance and centrally located to the many shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Main Level (2nd Floor): Large living space which includes dining room and well stocked kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, a 48 inch built-in refrigerator, dining table that seats 12, and bar seating for 4. 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a 2 twin bed bunkroom. Wraparound porch with outdoor lounge seating facing the gulf and pool with round dining table. Upper Level (3rd Floor): Private Master King Suite with direct access to balcony with seating facing the gulf and with sunset views, work desk with gorgeous views, walk-in closet and travertine bathroom. Lower Level (1st Floor): 20' x 25' playroom, 4 extra long bult-in twin bed bunk room, king bedroom, full bath, laundry room with extra refrigerator and extra ice maker. Pool Area: 1st floor loggia with two separate areas. An outdoor dining table on one porch and a covered seating area overlooking the pool with 65" TV.
