  • Vic Schaefer, Head Coach, University of Texas at Austin

The goal in bringing the Women’s Final Four to the Alamodome in San Antonio has been to break the all-time women’s basketball attendance record and make a difference for girls in our community by sending 5,000 Girl Scouts to the games and exposing them to the power of women in sport.

While we don’t know what next year will look like, our commitment to the NCAA and the Girl Scouts remains the same. San Antonio is prepared to host the best event possible in 2021 while providing opportunities beyond the games. The program is free to watch but we do hope you consider contributing to our efforts to build a culture of strong girls through programing with the Girl Scouts. Just $10 sends one girl to the game.
