The Awards Ceremony will begin at 6:30pm and will feature DNC Chair Jaime Harrison, Maryland Congressman Jamie Raskin, U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, Congressman Peter Welch, Lt. Governor Molly Gray, Senate Pro Tem Becca Balint, Secretary Jim Condos, Attorney General TJ Donovan, and our 2021 Curtis-Hoff awardees: former Representative Mary Sullivan, activist and volunteer Dotty Kyle, and Representative Kevin “Coach” Christie. 

The Unity Reception at 5:30pm will be hosted by Speaker Jill Krowinski and feature former Texas Senator Wendy Davis! Wendy rose to prominence when she stood for 13 hours in her pink sneakers, filibustering a law that threatened to close almost all of the abortion clinics in Texas.
