Enjoy a three course dinner and cabaret show featuring performers from Unexpected Company Chorale. The cost is $100 to $120 per person and proceeds go toward the choir's trip to Sweden in May! This is the perfect way to enjoy an evening at Winehaven with your special love while supporting your local community!
When purchasing your tickets, you will be asked to provide the name(s) of your guest(s) and the menu option for each. Menu options include:
- Burgundy Beef Tips - Beef Tips in a Sauce of Cabernet, Au Jus Mushrooms and a Hint of Butter
- Deconstructed Chicken Kiev - Crispy Breaded Chicken Breast Drizzled with Garlic Herb Compound Butter
- Stuffed Portabella Mushroom - With a Filling of Long Grain and Wild Rice Topped with Melted Cheddar
The dinner includes:
- Garlic Roast Mashed Potato - Mashed Potato infused with Roasted Garlic and Butter
- Glazed Baby Carrots - Baby Carrots Glazed in Brown Sugar, Butter and a Hint of Orange
- Apple Salad - A bed of Mixed Greens, diced Apple, Shredded Mozzarella, Cashews with a Drizzle of our Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Praline Cheesecake - an Oreo Crust, a Layer of Caramel and Pecans, a Creamy Cheese Layer and a Chocolate Ganache
