Help our team make TASTE 2024 Hidden Gems sparkle!!

We are looking for volunteers for TASTE 2024. Check out all the different ways you can support Hendrick Scholarship Foundation's signature fundraiser on March 7th at Mercedes-Benz of Plano.

TASTE is a party with a purpose – Serving Student Success for Life! Guests gather to enjoy an exciting evening of music, cocktails, auction and more surrounded by the tastes of Plano’s premiere chefs and restaurants.

VIP Reception: 5:30 pm.

General Admission: 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Volunteer Opportunities

Set Up

Silent Auction- Set Up and During Event

Before the event, this volunteer will help set up.

During the event, this volunteer will oversee the area and help direct guests

Raffle Table

Red Card/Black Card Table

Step and Repeat Photo Volunteer

Clean Up

Silent Auction Runner - End of Event

Volunteer will retrieve items from the auction area and bring to check out.
