We are so close to our goal of getting the roof replaced which is pivotal to moving forward with the restoration. 90% of the theater has been cleaned out, and we are ready to start other tasks on the restoration list, however, until the roof is fixed, we will continue to have leaks and further damage prohibiting us from moving forward with the restoration. 

We have a bid for the roof and it is only good for 30 days. Costs of construction continue to rise and each time we go out for bids, the money we've raised is never quite enough to the amount needed.
