Help check in the gumbo cook-off teams. 3:30pm-4:00pm
4:00pm-7:00pm Two Stations will be set up around the downtown pavilion to sell gumbo tickets. They are $10. Patrons must purchase a band to sample and have a bowl of the gumbo. Drink is included.
5:30pm-6:00pm Two volunteers need to check in the pie contestants.
4:30pm-5:00pm - Two volunteers needed for check-in.
6:30pm-7:00pm Two volunteers needed for check-in.
4pm-10pm Need 2 or more per shift to oversee trash and crowd control.
4pm-10pm Need 2 per shift to sell Save The Pines merch.
4pm-10pm - Need 2 per shift to sell bands and tickets for alcohol purchases.
10pm-10:30pm - Need 4 or more to help with takedown and clean up.
