Hundreds of Triangle-area homeowners live in unacceptable conditions without the means to move or to improve their environment. Thank you for volunteering to help us to make a sustainable impact for area homeowners.
This week we have a variety of projects at the home of William Walker, who is a veteran, living with his 79-yr-old mom on the eastern edge of Jordan Lake. The projects will be fun for our volunteers to flex their skills and help someone who has served our country.
Some of the projects include:
- Continue preparing the deck for sealer.
- Continue the repairs on the screen porch
- Install a faucet
- Replace a bathroom fan and all the ductwork.
- Touch up trim paint and caulk.
We will work from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Bring your lunch and plenty to drink.
You will be signed up once you complete the contact information form, and acknowledge the volunteer and wellness waivers. You will receive a confirmation email once the registration is completed. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. You may contact our office at info@rttriangle.org with any questions.
