Our scholarship recipient, Heather Brown is a single mom of four children (two are special needs children). But she is determined to complete her education so that she can make a better life for she and her children. Last year, with the assistance of our Powerful Journey donors, she walked across the stage of Collin College to recieve her Associate's Degree. Now she is working hard to complete her Bachelor's Degree and we want to cheer her on to victory with our financial support. Last semester she made the Dean' s List. Yes, this single mom of four is studying hard to finish strong.  We appreciate any amount of donation AND you can send Heather words of encouragement.
