<p><meta charset="UTF-8" /></p> <p>Dear API Members, Industry Friends, and Prospective Sponsors:</p> <p> </p> <p>Meet us at Windwalker Farms Sporting Clays on Friday, March 10, 2023 for our Permian Basin API Scholarship Clay Shoot!</p> <p> </p> <p>The Permian Basin Chapter of the API is chartered to provide scholarships to deserving students from the Permian Basin. This year, the organization is committed to awarding up to thirty-six scholarships, which will be funded at up to $4,000 per year. <strong>The 2nd Annual 2023 Permian Basin API Scholarship Clay Shoot will be held Friday, March 10, at Windwalker Shooting Sports. Prizes will be awarded to at least 1 of every 8 shooters. Each shooter will also receive a Permian Basin API Shooting vest.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>This annual sporting clay event raises college scholarship funds for students of oilfield families in the Permian Basin and surrounding area. We currently have 36+ students on college scholarships.</p> <p> </p> <p>Registration will begin at 9, and shoot will kick off at 10am. Y'all come play!</p> <p> </p> <p>The Clay Shoot is open to anyone over the age of 21. There are several sponsorship levels available. If you have ideas for alternative sponsorship opportunities, please let us know. Included in your sponsorship are 3 teams of 4 shooters as well as 6 carts. <span style="color:#f1c40f"><strong>Sold - Tomahawk Energy Services</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Platinum Sponsor – $7,500 </strong>- Your organization will be honored as a Platinum sponsor for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship are 3 teams of 4 shooters as well as 6 carts. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Gold Sponsor - $5,000</strong> - Your organization will be honored as a Gold sponsor for the tournament. Included in your sponsorship are 2 teams of 4 shooters as well as 4 carts. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Golf Cart Sponsorship - $4,000</strong> - Your organization’s logo will be attached to the front of all golf carts used in the tournament. You will receive one team with this sponsorship.Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. Included in your sponsorship is a 1 team of 4 shooters as well as 2 carts. <strong><span style="color:#f1c40f">SOLD - ACS PUMP and TRC (2 sponsorships remaining)</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Station Sponsorship - $3000 - </strong>Your organization's logo will be posted at your station. You will receive one team with this sponsorship. Your name will be on your station, and the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot. You can man your station and bring snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and company swag. Included in your sponsorship is 1 team of 4 shooters as well as 2 carts. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Silver Sponsorship - $1500 -</strong> Your organization will be honored as a Silver sponsor for the tournament. Your name will be on the sponsor signage presented at the shoot as well as all social media for the shoot.
