Training your pup is fun! We’ll help you communicate with and understand your pet better by using positive reinforcement and fun techniques that are scientifically proven. The professionals will demonstrate impressive tricks with both trained and untrained dogs in an effort to show you just how fun it can be.

 Cocktails and lite-bites will be provided.

We kindly ask that you please leave your own pup safely at home for this one.

Meg Gallugi, CDTK of DogSPEAK Training is a Fear Free certifiied trainer, a graduate of Catch Dog Trainers Academy Master Class, a Mentor Trainer for Catch Dog Trainers Academy, and completed the Aggression in Dogs Course under Michael Shikashio. 

Andrea Morris, Operations Manager at NiSHA, is also Fear Free certified and has implemented training protocols for all of the animals at NiSHA using only positive reinforcment. 

Lori Smith, Volunteer Dog Adoption Coordinator for NiSHA, counsels each family member before and after every dog adoption. She is beyond dedicated and devotes hours of her time to ensuring that every adoption sticks.
