May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and we need your support to develop a community
wide campaign to spread awareness, and break down stigma’s in our communities all while creating

Here are some “challenges” that will help US help YOU!

Help us secure 31 New Members / Key Volunteers:
NAMI Tarrant County is a membership driven organizations and you can join for as
little as $5 per year which entitles you to various benefits and engagement
opportunities. We could not support our community without the help of key volunteers.
With as little as 2 hours per month we can train you to help with our peer/family support
groups, teach a class, become a speaker/advocate in the community, help in the office,
or support fundraising needs. WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU!
Help us secure 310 New Friends / Followers on Social Media:

Spread the Word & help us achieve 3,100 Shares / Impressions of Mental Health Awareness:
During our May mental health awareness campaign NAMI Tarrant County will be providing
press releases, social media posts, blogs, and other various content of mental health
awareneness. Getting this information out to our community is critical and we can’t do it
without your help. Please support this challenge by accepting and sharing our mental
health content with your company, friends, family, churches.
