Join us for the 3rd Annual Tutus for Brain Tumors Golf Tournament presented by CSL Materials and benefiting Layla's Legacy Foundation. With fun hole games to keep up the pace of play, a large selection of raffle prizes and plenty of food and drinks, it's always a good time!

If you are selecting a single golfer option, please fill out all the information for Player 1, plus a Team Name if you need to be paired with the rest of your teammates.

If you are registering with a foursome option or a sponsorship that includes a foursome, please fill in all player information to the best of your ability [including shirt size]. We will follow up with you on any missing information and get graphics for signs.
