Our Team is so excited about our 3rd Annual Walk for KDC on October 2nd, 2022. The Walk for KDC is an active, fun and inclusive way for everyone to get involved and show their support for KDC. From staff members and families to local businesses and Board members, this all-hands-on-deck event raises critical funds for KDC’s wide-ranging developmental service programs.

Last year's success was inspiring to us all! Your participation in the Walk for KDC will help Attleboro Early Intervention raise funds for 2 great projects this year. 

First, a brand new outdoor playspace at the center. This addition will provide a safe, accessible, and age-appropriate outdoor space to allow for more comprehensive support to our EI children and their caregivers. We’re already halfway there to funding this $100,000 project cost, and meeting our $7,500 walk goal will help get us that much closer to making our vision a reality! With your help, we can create this multisensory outdoor experience to aide in enhancing children’s developmental skills.

Second, ongoing funds for KDC’s Diaper Angels which provides door-to-door delivery of essentials to families in our program when they need the most. This project emerged due to the pandemic out of families' needs in a time of uncertainty. This project was started by Attleboro EI staff, and led by Lori and Joe Scales. Lori and Joe have been purchasing essentials such as diapers, wipes and grocery gift cards and dropping them off door-to-door, completing over 275 deliveries. By donating to support our efforts, you too will be one of our Diaper Angels!
