Journalism & Women Symposium's annual Conference and Mentoring Project (CAMP) will be online and on-demand this year from Dec. 4-6. Our Financial Hardship Discount ensures that if you are going through hard times, you can still attend the online conference and benefit from its networking opportunities.
Financial Hardship Discounts are available on an as-needed basis for people who are experiencing financial/economic hardship.
In exchange for this scholarship, we ask that recipients provide at least 10 volunteer hours to JAWS over the next 12 months. This can include producing content for our website, newsletters, or member platform; participating in the development of a webinar or other learning opportunities; participating on a JAWS committee or mentoring a JAWS fellow.
A limited number of discount registrations are available and must be requested by November 16, 2020.
Click the "Apply for Hardship Discount " button on the top right-hand side of this page (or at the bottom of this page on your mobile device).
The registration form asks for optional information (city, job title, social media network handles and more) that will go into a program book that is available to those who register for networking purposes.
