Preparation for the Workshops:
Join 5-10 minutes before each start time.
Set up your computer/mobile device in a position where you can see your screen, sitting and upright. In your space make sure you have room to move; place your furniture so you may use them as support or contact.
After joining ZOOM, please test your audio and video, turn on your video, and use GALLERY VIEW (see top right corner).
Your audio will be off in the beginning and later turned on for closing comments and feedback.
