Can BetterUnite help migrate my data? (for free??)
How long before I can accept payments from a campaign?
Once you set up your payment processor, you can typically begin accepting payments within 10 minutes. You cannot activate an event until you set up a payment processor.
What type of support do I have access to?
With every BetterUnite account an onboarding specialist helps you get started, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager, personal trainings as needed, and access to our 24 hour support team at support@betterunite.com.
