What we need from teams: a key contact to help rally your team. EarthShare Texas will work with you by providing communication templates for signing teammates up, how to use the app, and weekly engagement emails showcasing sustainable actions and ways to get involved.

How it works: Teammates sign up for the challenge through an individual registration link, where they can pick your team. Starting March 31st, they can start posting sustainable activities and compete among their peers. Teammate points add up for the team's cumulative score. EarthShare of Texas staff is available for troubleshooting login and technical issues.

Sustainability Challenge Timeline:
Registration: January 18th - March 11th
Team Lead Orientation: March 22nd
Challenge Starts: March 31
Challenge Closes: April 22 (Earth Day!)
Winners Announced: April 24th
