GIVING
Sustaining
Contribute to continuing our water and air sampling programs. One test for fecal indicator bacteria (FIB) runs about $60, so our current program of 32 sites is nearly $2,000/month. We perform FIB testing every month of the year. Our ADAM research program runs approximately $4,000/month, deployed for up to 5 months of the year.

Level Up
We've identified new technology to help advance our ADAM aerosolized toxin research and rapidly confirm the presence of cyanotoxins while in the field. Reaching this goal will cost ~ $8,250.

Game Changer
Help supercharge our efforts to implement an advanced source tracing program in chroncially polluted waters such as Manuel's Branch in Fort Myers. We're working on a exciting partnership with professors and students at FGCU which could innovate on new ways to identify sources of bacteria contamination and provide a blueprint to test other waters. An ideal testing regimen would cost ~ $40,000 in the first year.

Innovator
Contributing at this level will support air quality monitoring, testing, research, data and advocacy. CWK developed and designed a novel device called ADAM (Aerosol Detector for Algae Monitoring), which is used to detect and identify aerosolized cyanotoxins from sampling sites in southwest Florida.
