As a nonprofit, It's Time Texas empowers Texans to lead healthier lives, build healthier communities, and contribute to a healthier state. We offer FREE resources to school districts, connect those with chronic diseases to community clinics and care, and host our own events such as our eight-week Community Challenge!

We offer FREE, one-on-one support to any Texan ready to make a healthy change.

Empowering educators, nurses, community health workers, and others working to improve the health of their communities.

We work to increase health services – including free fitness and nutrition classes, especially within historically underserved areas of Texas.
STATEWIDE CHALLENGES & EVENTS
Impacting the lives of over one million Texans annually, our events encourage healthier choices through uniting communities via challenges and public celebrations.
SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS
We teach healthy eating and exercise habits to roughly 200,000 students, siblings, and parents each year.
