Dream Team

A personalized team of peer and community volunteers create customized experiences to uplift and encourage a CC4C child. Help shower a child with love and acceptance with unforgettable experiences that create joyful childhood memories.

Connection & Family Support 

Connections to resources, parent support groups, Family Days and Sibling Adventure Days, and other health and wellness programs throughout the year. Connect families with medically complex children to a community that understands their rare journey.
