During this season of gratitude, we thank you for your continued support of CARE-Dallas. This past year has been a tough one for our community and families. In addition to the pandemic itself, many of our families are now facing increased challenges with drug and alcohol addiction. CARE is here to help families find the resources they need to recognize and address those challenges. As we move into 2022, we are grateful for so much, particularly …

  • For being able to provide, for almost 40 years, families in our community assistance in finding appropriate treatment services for a loved one struggling with alcohol or other drugs.
  • Our teachers, counselors, and educational leaders who work with us during Red Ribbon Week to pass out ribbons, decorate their schools, provide appropriate age-level drug and alcohol addiction information in all of our schools.
  • The generous donations you make at the Annual Breakfast and throughout the year to support our community and parent focused workshops and seminars.
  • A legal system that assists students, ages 14-21, with addressing their alcohol/drug issues by sending them to CARE’s 6-8 hours of intensive education.
  • Our art teachers who support CARE’s art program encouraging students to create drawings which envision them being drug-free and for NorthPark Mall which displays those pictures annually.
