Let's wind down together over some tea, drinks and pastries!
TeaLee's Tea House / Bookstore is partnering with Building Bridges to create a space for Denver's people of color to dialogue about issues relevant to them.
There will be 5 different Wind Down sessions throughout the months of June and July that will each include a dialogue and practice of a Building Bridges communication tool. Each of these sessions will be tailored to people of color and touch on topics ranging from colorism, beauty ideals, racial stereotypes, and gender norms. All sessions will be co-facilitated by Amanda Roy-Bangoy and Jenny Medrano, both women of color facilitators at TeaLee's and Building Bridges. We hope to create a comfortable space for attendees to feel like they can bring their full and honest selves to the table!
Entry fee per session: $20
Entry fee includes: tea, pastry, participation in dialogue
