Hungry Games 5.0 is back better & BIGGER than ever before. We are so thrilled to host yet another Hungry Games event benefiting the less fortunate and food insecure in Southern California! Please join us at our very own kitchen on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6pm for a wonderful evening together! It will be full of great food, fun, and of course, friendly competition. 



Come hungry for some yummy hors d'oeuvres, meals, and beverages that you will LOVE as the chefs battle for first place! We need YOU to help vote for your favorites throughout the night. We have the Pinch Me! band returning to play some incredible live music again!

As we approach our fifth annual Hungry Games fundraiser, I can’t help but reflect on this awesome journey. It’s safe to say we would have never imagined doing 1.7MM meals in both 2020 and 2021, but then, we also didn’t imagine surviving - let alone thriving through a global pandemic! Now that it’s approaching the rear-view mirror, we find ourselves in an exciting place! At Bracken’s Kitchen, we will be spending 2022 increasing capacity by building out a new packaging space in the building next door. We are also completing our culinary training kitchen (aka “Kitchen 3”), a space to train the next generation of culinarians, offering job skills that will translate to any professional kitchen as a hand up instead of a hand out. We can’t wait to showcase these spaces and the programs they represent at the Hungry Games 5.0!
