Take your event to the next level with BetterUnite's unique and volunteer-friendly event, virtual event, and auction management tools. You are always welcome to Do-It-Yourself with our optimized software, or you can PRO-Up your event and let us help you along the way.
Event Set-Up Assistance (for your In-Person or Virtual Event) will provide you with the following:
- A 1-hour pre-event consultation with one of our fundraising experts. We will brainstorm with you on the event flow, digital logistics, and fundraising opportunities
- Guest Import, if needed (with pre-cleansed data)
- Review Event Set-up
- Review Auction Set-up
- Walk-through of Auction Experience (for organization and guests, ticket receipt, guest experience, in-event donations, purchases, and bidding)
- Walk-through of Event and Auction Checkout
- Event Checklist materials made available to you
Event On-site Services will provide you with the following:
- On-site support from a product manager AT your event
- Support access 1 hour prior to check-in and through registration
- Support by phone, text, and email through checkout
Event Technical Support will provide you with the following:
- Phone and text support from a product manager during your event
- Support access 1 hour prior to launch or check-in and through the live stream or 3 hours into the event
- Support by phone, text, or email through checkout
Event Off-site Services (for an in-person event) will provide you with the following:
- Phone and text access to a product manager during your IN-PERSON event
- Support Access 1 hour prior to launch and through your event checkout
Silent Auction Set-Up Assistance will provide you with the following:
- 1 hour of Pre-Auction consultation
- Walk-through of Bidding Experience
- Review of Auction Set-up
- Walk-through of Auction checkout
- Support throughout checkout
Guest Import will provide you with the following: **Highly Recommended for Events with Imported Guests**
- Data migration (import) of guest tickets or registrations with BetterUnite technical team
- Data requirement meeting (1 hour)
- Data review meeting (1 hour)
- BetterUnite imports your data
- Data validation meeting (1 hour)
We will consult with you in the weeks prior to determine what level of assistance is required.
All Support Services are NON-REFUNDABLE once agreed upon and paid.
