Real Hope for Haiti is a faith-based organization that is concerned with the spiritual formation of the individuals of the community in which it serves. RHFH makes it a priority to pray with and share the Gospel message to patients of both the clinic and the rescue center and their families. Belle & Sparrows is working alongside RHFH to further the Kingdom by focusing on the women of Cazale. Our goal is to not only love and care for the children in the malnutrition clinic, but to go outside those walls and engage with the foster moms who take care of some of the severe cases of children. These women work 24-hour days, for free, to help maintain sustainable community and opportunities for boys and girls who have been abandoned by family member and are in some form disabled. Last year, Belle & Sparrows taught the foster moms in Cazale how to make handcrafted wired crosses to help women in supporting their families. Not only did they love the idea of learning a new skill, but they caught on very fast. This year, we are bringing more supplies for them to continue to work with, but also teaching them a new skill - embroidered tea towels. We are so excited to help these women better support their families, but also, we are excited to spend quality time with these moms and bring them love and encouragement. Doing good in our community is another way we share the love of Jesus. It is our commitment to serve the undeserved in rural Haiti. Building community infrastructure, helping send children to school, and providing for families in need are means to bless the people of Haiti.

I am very excited to allow God to use me to show His love to the people of Haiti. This opportunity means a lot to me and I am very grateful to be able to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I would be honored to receive any support, financially or through prayer. I am seeking to raise $1,995, which will cover the complete cost of the trip to Cazale. This trip will take place from February 5-11, 2019. Please come alongside me in prayer.
