Your registration feeds 15 children this month!
Reminder: Access to electricity is available. You will need to provide ALL of your own extension cables, tables, tents, canopies, etc. As this is an outdoor evening event, it is suggested that you consider bringing any additional lighting you may need for your booth area.
*You will have access to a booth space that is AT LEAST 10'x10'.
*If you are a food vendor, you will need to provide a copy of your Williamson County temporary food permits to admin@backpackfriends.com by November 5.
*Because your booth will be located on concrete, tent stakes may not be used. Please plan to use sandbags, etc. if necessary.
- 3:00pm - Vendor Load-In Begins
- 5-9pm - Event Programming, Entertainment, Kids Activities, Prizes, Car Show, and more...
- 9pm - Event ends. Begin Load out.
