The fact is 1 out of 4 kids in Texas doesn't have food to eat when away from their school campus every weekend. That's where Backpack Friends steps in. We've filled more than 52,000 backpacks in our area with nutritious, kid-friendly foods. And when the pandemic hit, we didn't back down.

  • 4:00pm - Vehicle Load-In Begins
  • 5-9pm - Event Programming, Entertainment, Kids Activities, Prizes, Car/Bike Show, and more...
  • 9pm - Event ends. Awards announced.

Upon registration, you'll be contacted BY EMAIL to collect your vehicle info (make, model and year). Please NOTE: By submitting payment, you accept the following terms of this event.

Whereas, Host is hosting an Event known as _HEROES AGAINST HUNGER HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA EVENT to occur on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2021 (rain or shine), and has the right to license vendors, exhibits, and concessions to vend at and during the Event, and

Whereas, Vendor desires to vend/represent themselves during the Event, both the Host and Vendor agree to the following terms by signature and payment below:

1. The Event will run rain or shine.


2. Vendor shall agree to pay a $25 fee to participate.

3. Vendor's staff shall shall conduct themselves in an orderly and professional fashion and understands that the Event is family friendly.

5. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind.

Registration is complete when payment is submitted.
