Reminder: No electricity or supplies provided. You will need to provide ALL of your own tables, tents, canopies, etc.

  • 7:00-8:00 - Vendor Load-In (First-come, first-served.)
  • 9:00am - Welcome and Kickoff
  • 9:15am - 5K Start Time

    • Vendors/Activities Open

  • 9:45am - Kids K Start Time

  • 1:00pm - Special Announcements

  • 2:00pm - Event Wrap-Up and Closing

Please NOTE: By submitting payment, you (VENDOR) accept the following terms of this event.

Whereas, Host is hosting an Event known as _HEROES AGAINST HUNGER EVENT to occur on Saturday, July 3, 2021 (rain or shine), and has the right to license vendors, exhibits, and concessions to vend at and during the Event, and

Whereas, Vendor desires to vend/represent themselves during the Event, both the Host and Vendor agree to the following terms by signature and payment below:

1. The Event will run rain or shine.


2. Vendor shall agree to pay a $75 fee (or $50/alumni fee) to participate.

3. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without the Host's written
consent.

4. Vendor's staff shall shall conduct themselves in an orderly and professional fashion and understands that the B3 Event is family
friendly.

5. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with
 Vendor's presence at the Event and Vendor's activities of any kind.

Registration is complete when payment is submitted.
